Today we're shipping the biggest release in Ghost's history. Three features, live right now in your workspace, that take Ghost from a best-in-class LinkedIn tool to the full GTM stack — with the intent-led moat still baked in.

Here's what's new, what it means, and why we built it.

1. Find People — 600M contacts, built into Ghost

Until today, Ghost users still had to source leads somewhere else. Apollo. Sales Nav exports. ZoomInfo. Occasionally a scrape of a LinkedIn event attendee list at 1am. Pick your poison — all of them were a separate bill, a separate login, and a separate CSV to clean.

Not anymore.

Find People is live in Outbound → Find People, and it ships with a 600-million-contact B2B database baked into every Ghost plan. Filter by title, industry, location, company size, headcount, seniority, department — the same filters you're used to from Sales Nav, but without the $150/month seat. Every contact comes with business email enrichment where a verified email exists.

Select contacts, click Add to Campaign, and they drop straight into a LinkedIn, email, or multi-channel sequence with firmographics and intent scores attached. No export. No cleaning. No import. No credits, no waterfall billing.

For most teams, this alone replaces three tools: the lead database, the enrichment layer, and the spreadsheet where you glue them together.

2. Multi-channel sequences — LinkedIn + Email, native

The second big one: you can now mix LinkedIn touches and email steps in the same sequence.

Open the sequence builder and every step has a channel — LinkedIn connection request, LinkedIn DM, InMail, or email. Drag-and-drop them in any order with any delay. A sequence might open with a LinkedIn connection request, wait two days, follow up with an email, then circle back with a DM if no reply comes. That's what modern outbound actually looks like — and it's now one product, not three.

Connect Gmail or Outlook in Outbound → Settings. OAuth. Two clicks. No SMTP. Ghost handles sending, per-mailbox throttling, warm-up, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks automatically. Replies across channels land in a single unified inbox, threaded and sorted by intent score.

And because it's Ghost, auto-pause works across channels. If a prospect replies on LinkedIn, the email track stops. No more awkward "following up on my email" messages after someone's already said yes on a DM.

3. Agentic Campaign Creator — press one button

The third feature is the one I'm most excited about.

Click Outbound → Campaigns → New → Agent Campaign. Pick an ICP. Hit Run Agent.

Ghost does the rest:

  • Finds the leads — Claude translates your ICP brief into Find People filters and runs the search.
  • Writes the sequence — a full multi-channel flow, grounded in your existing content, brand voice, and pillars. Not generic AI slop. It sounds like you because Ghost has been reading your posts.
  • Builds the campaign — creates the campaign in Ghost, applies scheduling, and enrols the contacts.
  • Hands you the draft — usually in under 90 seconds, with a step-by-step explanation of every choice.

Nothing sends without your approval. You review, edit any step, remove any contact, or reject the whole thing. When you're ready, one click launches it.

This is what we think agentic GTM should actually look like: autonomous where it matters (research, list-building, drafting, setup), human where it should be (strategy, voice, final call).

Plus: four refinements worth knowing about

Alongside the big three, we shipped a batch of refinements that are quietly making the platform sharper:

  • Lead location filters in Signals — focus on the markets that actually convert, not the global firehose.
  • Sharper ICP and persona definition — clearer prompts, better matches, less re-prompting.
  • Claude-powered sequence rewriting — "rewrite all" or "refine this step" with free-form feedback, directly in the sequence builder. Useful for everyone — indispensable for teams scaling content.
  • Slide-out UI polish — campaigns, contacts, and sequences now open in a slide-out pane instead of a new page. Feels instant; keeps context.

What this means for the platform

When we launched Ghost, the pitch was simple: LinkedIn content creates intent signals, intent signals trigger warm DMs. That remains the moat. Context-rich outbound beats cold outbound every time, and intent signals are the cheapest, most honest source of context you can get.

But "warm DMs from LinkedIn engagement" left a lot on the table. It assumed you had a list somewhere. It assumed LinkedIn was enough of a channel. It assumed you wanted to build the sequence yourself.

With Find People, we stop assuming you have a list.

With multi-channel, we stop assuming LinkedIn is enough.

With the Agentic Campaign Creator, we stop assuming you have two hours on a Monday to build the whole thing by hand.

Put together, Ghost is now the full outbound stack — the intent-led alternative to Apollo + Outreach + the AI SDR tools — in one platform, at one price.

How to get started

Everything in this release is live now for all Ghost users on the $99/month plan. No upgrade, no add-on, no credit meter.

  • Find the new features under Outbound → Find People, Outbound → Settings (email), and Outbound → Campaigns → New → Agent Campaign.
  • New to Ghost? Start a 7-day free trial — you'll get access to all of it from day one.
  • Questions? Reply to this post on LinkedIn, or email hello@growwithghost.io.

More coming. This release is a shift in what Ghost is — and it's only the start of what's on the roadmap for the rest of 2026.
