Pipeline · Built-in CRM
The CRM LinkedIn-first teams actually use. It fills itself from your outbound, keeps every LinkedIn message and email on the deal, and tells you exactly who to follow up with today.

A pipeline that fills itself
Most CRMs die because nobody updates them. Ghost already sees every reply, so it creates and moves deals for you. Automatic moves only ever go forwards, and each rule can be switched off.
Campaign reply → Lead
Someone replies to one of your campaigns and they appear on the board as a Lead, with the conversation attached.
High-intent reply → Qualified
A hot reply or high-intent conversation moves the deal straight to Qualified.
Inbox enquiry → Suggested lead
Contact-form submissions, quote requests and introductions in Gmail or Outlook are surfaced for one-click adding.
Manual → Any stage
Add a deal from the Pipeline page or from any contact in one click.
Deal record
Open any deal and see the whole relationship, newest first: LinkedIn messages, emails, invites, profile views, post likes, your comments, notes and stage changes.
Hit Suggest follow-up and Ghost writes three drafts from the full conversation, the deal stage and your voice settings, each with a short reason it works now. Pick one, edit, send from the record.
Sending a manual message pauses that contact's campaign sequence, so a personal note and an automated follow-up never collide.

Suggest follow-up
Saw you caught the post on intent data. Happy to show how Northwind would score against it?
Why now: References the post she liked two days ago
You mentioned reviewing tools this quarter. Worth 20 minutes before your shortlist is locked?
Why now: Picks up her “this quarter” timing
No rush at all, just checking the case study landed and whether any questions came up.
Why now: Low-pressure nudge after a quiet week
Tasks & reminders
Warm leads rarely say no. They go quiet while you're busy. Ghost creates a reminder the moment a deal starts slipping, and every morning at 8am you get a digest of what's due and overdue.
Follow-up, call, message, email and meeting tasks, each linked to a deal, with Done and Snooze.
Email lead capture
Connect Gmail or Outlook and Ghost watches for genuine enquiries: website contact forms, quote and pricing requests, referrals and introductions. Each one shows up as a suggested lead with a one-line summary, a suggested stage and any budget mentioned.
Newsletters, receipts, cold pitches and recruiters are ignored. Off by default, and fully deletable.
Pipeline dashboard
Revenue by source shows which campaigns, intent signals and manual entries produced your won deals, so you can put more behind what works.
Ghost MCP
Pipeline is fully exposed through the Ghost MCP. Ask your assistant which deals have gone quiet, have it draft the follow-ups, move stages, log notes and create tasks, without opening a tab.
“Which open deals haven’t been touched in 5 days? Draft a follow-up for each.”
“Move Northwind to Proposal at £4,800 and remind me Friday.”
“What’s my win rate this month, and which campaign closed the most?”
FAQ
Is the CRM included in my plan?
Yes. Pipeline is included on every Ghost plan at no extra cost — the board, deal records, tasks, reminders, email lead capture, dashboard and the CRM tools in the Ghost MCP.
Does it sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel?
Native sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel is in development. Today, Pipeline works as a standalone CRM inside Ghost, which is all most LinkedIn-first founders and small teams need.
Can I change the pipeline stages?
Yes. The default is Prospect → Lead → Qualified → Opportunity → Proposal → Won / Lost. You can rename, reorder, recolour or add stages in Pipeline → Settings. Moving a deal to Won or Lost records the value, the reason and the close date.
Will Ghost move my deals around without asking?
Only forwards, and only by rules you control. Automatic moves never push a deal backwards and never reopen a Won or Lost deal, and each rule can be switched off in Settings.
What happens to my campaign when I message someone from a deal?
Sending a manual LinkedIn message or email from the deal record pauses that contact’s campaign sequence, so a personal message and an automated follow-up never go out together.
What does email lead capture read?
It’s off by default. Once on, it only reads mail that arrives after you switch it on (or the last 30 days if you choose to scan). Newsletters, receipts, recruiters and cold pitches are ignored; ignored emails keep only sender, subject and a snippet and are deleted after 7 days. You can delete all captured data at any time.
