What is Grow with Ghost?
Grow with Ghost is an all-in-one go-to-market platform for B2B founders and small revenue teams. It combines a 600M+ contact database, intent signals, an AI content engine, LinkedIn and email outreach, and a built-in CRM. It isn't affiliated with Ghost, the open-source publishing platform at ghost.org. See What is Ghost?
How much does Ghost cost?
£79, $99 or €89 a month, or 10% less billed annually. Team and agency seats cost the same per seat, with volume discounts of up to 30%. See Plans and billing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with full access. A card is required, and you're billed on day 7 unless you cancel first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Account → Manage Payment. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator?
No. Ghost works with a standard LinkedIn account and searches its own 600M+ contact database. You can import Sales Navigator searches if you have it.
Is Ghost safe for my LinkedIn account?
Ghost sends within daily limits you control (5–30 invites and 10–100 messages a day), only in working hours, with pauses between actions, and stops when someone replies. It backs off automatically if LinkedIn limits your invites. No tool can promise zero risk. See Limits and safety.
Does Ghost send anything without my approval?
No. Every campaign starts as a draft, including those built by AI, and nothing sends until you switch it on. The Ghost Agent asks before every send, launch, spend or delete.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Their sequence stops in all your campaigns and they're added to your Pipeline. LinkedIn replies also appear in your Inbox. For email replies, switch on email lead capture in Pipeline → Settings so Ghost can read them. Auto-replies such as out-of-office messages are ignored.
How many credits do I get?
1,000 a month on every plan, topped up on the 1st. Top-ups start at $10 for 1,000 and never expire. Messages, AI writing and the CRM don't use credits. See Credits.
Am I charged for contacts I already have?
No. Find People and the ICP Agent skip people already in your Contacts before charging, and email lookups are only charged when an email is found.
Which email providers work with Ghost?
Gmail, Google Workspace and Outlook / Microsoft 365. Emails send from your own mailbox. See Connect email.
Which AI writes my posts?
Claude Sonnet 5.5 by default. In Composer you can switch to Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Haiku 5.5, Grok, GPT or Gemini. Everything is written in your voice from your Persona hub.
Can Ghost publish to my company page?
Yes. Add the company page in Settings → Account → Social Media Connections, then choose it under Post as.
Do I need a separate CRM?
No. Pipeline is built in: deals are created from replies, meetings and inbox enquiries, with AI follow-ups, tasks and a dashboard. It doesn't sync to other CRMs today.
Can I use Ghost from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect the Ghost MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor or any MCP client. It's included on every plan. See MCP server.
Does Ghost work for teams and agencies?
Yes. Teams share one workspace. Agencies run separate client workspaces, each with their own LinkedIn profile, limits and data, from one login. See Teams and Agencies.
Can I use more than one LinkedIn account?
Yes. The first is included, and each extra account is £20, $25 or €23 a month. See Connect LinkedIn.
Does Ghost have webhooks or a Zapier integration?
Not today. The MCP server with an API key is the way to connect Ghost to other tools and scripts.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export everything from Settings → Account → Export Your Data. To delete your account, email hello@growwithghost.io. See Your data.
