Overview

What is Trigify?

Trigify (trigify.io) was a social signals platform. It monitored keywords, LinkedIn profiles and competitor pages across LinkedIn, X, forums, YouTube and podcasts, scored people by ICP fit and routed those signals into tools such as Clay, HubSpot, HeyReach and Smartlead through workflows and an API.

On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being retired. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026; customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own dates. Monitoring, integrations and API access stop at that point. Trigify says accounts will not be migrated and the product will not continue within HubSpot.

Trigify pricing vs Ghost

Trigify's pricing page now shows the shutdown notice instead of plans, and subscriptions will not renew past the service end date. Final invoices, credits or refunds are handled directly with each customer. Ghost has one plan at $99, £79 or €89 a month, with a 7-day free trial, so you can test it before your Trigify access ends.

Which should you choose?

Ghost or Trigify: who each is for

Choose another route if

  • Keep using Trigify only until your notice date, while you export data and rebuild workflows; it is not available after 22 October 2026 for most customers
  • Move into HubSpot instead if your pipeline already runs there and company-level buyer intent (website visits and research topics) covers your needs
  • Pick a listening or enrichment tool such as Clay if you mainly monitored X, forums, YouTube or podcasts rather than LinkedIn

Choose Ghost if

  • You used Trigify to find people engaging with your LinkedIn posts or competitor content
  • You want signals to start LinkedIn and email sequences without Zapier, n8n or Clay in between
  • You need a contact database and CRM pipeline included, not bolted on
  • You want to be set up before 22 October, using a 7-day free trial

How they compare in practice

Trigify feeding HeyReach or Smartlead

Many teams used Trigify to find ICP-matched people engaging on LinkedIn, then pushed them into a separate outreach tool. That handoff stops on 22 October. Ghost tracks engagement on your posts and competitor content, scores intent on five dimensions and can trigger warm DM sequences itself, so the signal and the outreach live in one place.

HubSpot customer weighing a consolidation

Trigify will not appear inside HubSpot, and HubSpot will not use Trigify customer data. HubSpot does offer Buyer Intent, which identifies companies visiting your site and researching tracked topics, at company level and using credits for some actions. If company-level intent in your existing CRM is enough, HubSpot is reasonable. For person-level LinkedIn engagement, Ghost is closer.

Listening beyond LinkedIn

Trigify monitored X, forums, YouTube and podcasts as well as LinkedIn. Ghost's intent tracking covers LinkedIn engagement only. If most of your useful signals came from Reddit threads or podcast mentions, Ghost will not replace that, and a listening or enrichment tool is a better fit. If LinkedIn produced most of your pipeline, Ghost covers it.

Our verdict

Trigify was a strong signal layer for teams that routed LinkedIn and social engagement into other tools, but the standalone platform is being retired on 22 October 2026 for most customers, and it will not continue inside HubSpot. If your pipeline already lives in HubSpot and company-level intent is enough, consolidating there is a sensible option. If you used Trigify to find people engaging on LinkedIn and then message them, Ghost does that job in one tool, with sequences, a database and a CRM included.

Switching

How to move from Trigify to Ghost

  1. Before 22 October (or your contract date), export everything you want to keep using Trigify's existing export options, or email hugo@trigify.io early for help.
  2. Write down the profiles, competitor pages and keywords you tracked, plus your ICP filters and scoring rules, so they can be recreated.
  3. Start a Ghost trial, import your exported contacts and save your ICP so the ICP Agent and Lead Score reflect it.
  4. Set Ghost to track engagement on your posts and competitor content, and build warm DM and email sequences triggered by it.
  5. Switch off Zaps, webhooks and n8n flows that depended on Trigify, since they stop working at shutdown.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Ghost better than Trigify?

Ghost and Trigify serve different needs.

How much does Ghost cost compared to Trigify?

Trigify's pricing page now shows the shutdown notice instead of plans, and subscriptions will not renew past the service end date. Final invoices, credits or refunds are handled directly with each customer. Ghost has one plan at $99, £79 or €89 a month, with a 7-day free trial, so you can test it before your Trigify access ends.

Can I switch from Trigify to Ghost?

Yes. Ghost offers a 7-day free trial so you can test the full platform before committing. There's no long-term contract and you can cancel any time.

What does Ghost do that Trigify doesn't?

Tracks engagement on your posts and competitor content (likes, comments, profile visits). 5-dimensional intent score per prospect, filtered against your ICP. Engagement can trigger warm DM sequences that reference what the prospect engaged with.

When does Trigify shut down?

For most customers, Trigify access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers with different contractual notice periods receive their dates directly. You can keep using Trigify until your notice date, but monitoring, signal collection, integrations and API access all stop when access ends, so plan your move before then.

Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot?

No. Trigify says accounts will not be migrated and the platform will not continue within HubSpot. Customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the team's move; it will be retained or deleted under Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations. Export anything you need before your access ends.

How do I export my data from Trigify?

Trigify asks customers to save any information they want to keep before access ends, using the export options already in the product. For help, contact hugo@trigify.io or reply to the customer notice, and do so early in the notice period. Ghost can import contacts, so exported lists can be brought across.
