Baz Furby is the founder and CEO of Grow with Ghost. He has previously built and sold SaaS products and brings deep experience in B2B growth, product-led distribution, and AI-powered go-to-market strategy. Baz writes regularly about LinkedIn growth, AI GTM, and the systems that help small teams compete with large sales organisations.

He started Ghost after seeing the same pattern across dozens of B2B companies: founders and revenue teams were creating great LinkedIn content but had no systematic way to convert that attention into pipeline. Ghost was built to fix that — connecting content directly to outbound so nothing falls through the cracks.
