By accessing or using the Grow with Ghost platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.
Grow with Ghost provides AI-powered LinkedIn content creation, intent signal tracking, and outbound automation tools. The Service is designed to help B2B professionals generate pipeline from LinkedIn activity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Service to send spam, engage in harassment, violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, or conduct any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Growth Mode and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use your content solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
