# Pipeline dashboard

> The numbers behind your Pipeline in Ghost: open pipeline, won this month, win rate, average time to close, pipeline by stage and where revenue comes from.

Source: https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/pipeline/dashboard/

**Where to find it:** **Pipeline → Dashboard**.

| Metric | What it shows |
|--------|---------------|
| **Open pipeline** | Total value of deals in open stages |
| **Won this month** | Number and value of deals marked Won this month |
| **Win rate** | Deals won versus deals lost |
| **Avg. time to close** | How long won deals took, from creation to Won |
| **Pipeline by stage** | Value and number of deals in each stage |
| **Where revenue comes from** | Deals, wins and won value by campaign and source |

Values are shown in your pipeline's default currency, set in **Pipeline → Settings** (GBP unless you change it).

## Making the numbers useful

- **Give every deal a value**, or set a default deal size in Settings so new deals have one.
- **Close deals properly.** Moving a deal to Won or Lost records the date and reason, which is what win rate and time to close are built from.
- **Use "Where revenue comes from" to decide where to spend time.** If signal-sourced deals close and cold lists don't, put more into [intent signals](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/find/signals).

You can pull the same numbers into Claude or ChatGPT with the `get_pipeline_dashboard` tool. See the [tool reference](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/api/tools#pipeline-crm).
