# Glossary

> Definitions of the terms used across Grow with Ghost, from A–D bands, credits and ICPs to sequences, signals, streamed signals, MCP campaigns and queued replies.

- **A–D band**: The letter that goes with a [Lead Score](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/find/lead-score): A is 70–100, B is 50–69, C is 30–49, D is 0–29.
- **Agent Campaign**: A one-click draft campaign built from your ICP: contacts plus a written sequence. See [AI-built campaigns](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/outbound/ai-campaigns).
- **Approval card**: What the [Ghost Agent](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/agent/overview) shows before it changes, sends or spends anything.
- **Auto-withdraw**: Withdrawing connection invites that haven't been accepted after 7, 14, 21 or 28 days.
- **Batch**: A dated group of contacts from one import, search or ICP Agent run.
- **Blacklist**: Contacts who can never be added to a campaign.
- **Campaign**: A group of contacts going through a sequence, sent from one or more LinkedIn profiles. See [Campaigns](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/outbound/campaigns).
- **Company signals**: Filters on companies (recent funding, hiring, headcount, tech stack, intent) used in Find People and the ICP Agent.
- **Credits**: What finding and enriching people costs. 1,000 are included every month. See [Credits](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/find/credits).
- **Deal**: A contact on your Pipeline board. See [Pipeline](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/pipeline/overview).
- **Enrichment**: Finding a contact's work email, personal email, mobile or profile details.
- **Existing Connections campaign**: A campaign that only messages people you're already connected to.
- **Ghost Agent**: The AI assistant inside Ghost. See [Ghost Agent](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/agent/overview).
- **Hot lead**: An A or B band contact who has replied.
- **ICP (ideal customer profile)**: Who you sell to: titles, seniority, industries, locations, company size and more. Set in [Persona hub](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/getting-started/persona).
- **ICP Agent**: Automatic prospecting from a saved ICP, daily or weekly. See [ICP Agent](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/find/icp-agent).
- **Intent**: How interested a reply sounds: High, Warm, Low or None.
- **Keyword signal**: Tracking LinkedIn posts that mention buying-intent phrases. Free. See [Intent signals](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/find/signals).
- **MCP (Model Context Protocol)**: The standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT use Ghost. See [MCP server](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/api/mcp-server).
- **MCP campaign**: A campaign where your AI assistant writes every message for each person. See [MCP campaigns](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/api/mcp-campaigns).
- **Merge field**: A placeholder like `{{first_name}}` that's replaced with each contact's details.
- **Not-accepted route**: Email-only steps for people who never accepted your invite.
- **Pillar**: A recurring theme for your posts.
- **Queued reply**: A follow-up scheduled to send later, which Ghost checks before sending. See [The deal record](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/pipeline/deals#queued-replies).
- **Sequence**: The steps each person goes through, with delays in days. See [Sequences and steps](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/outbound/sequences).
- **Signal source**: A LinkedIn profile, company, post, event or search whose engagers Ghost captures.
- **Stalled**: An active campaign where nothing has moved for 48 hours.
- **Streamed signal**: A signal source that refreshes automatically and can feed a campaign.
- **Warm-up**: Ghost restarting invites gradually (2, 3, 5, 10, then normal) after LinkedIn has limited them.
- **Watchlist**: The LinkedIn profiles whose posts appear in your Engagement feed.
- **Workspace**: One set of contacts, campaigns, Pipeline and Inbox. Teams share one; agency clients each have their own.
