# Settings

> A guide to Ghost's Settings tabs: Account (profile, company, appearance, targets, platforms, connections, billing, export), Team, Notifications, Credits and API.

**Where to find it:** sidebar → **Account → Settings**, or your avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

Settings has five tabs: **Account**, **Team**, **Notifications**, **Credits** and **API**.

## Account

| Card | What's there |
|------|-------------|
| **Profile Information** | Name, email, LinkedIn URL, bio, your company (name, role, website, what it does), timezone, daily time commitment and LinkedIn goals. Most of this is also in [Persona hub](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/getting-started/persona). |
| **Appearance** | Light or dark mode |
| **Email Notifications** | Daily coach email, daily brief frequency, hot lead alerts, and **Send Test**. See [Notifications](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/account/notifications). |
| **Performance Targets** | Weekly posts, daily engagements and daily connections, used for your [dashboard](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/getting-started/dashboard) score |
| **Content Platforms** | Switch LinkedIn and X on or off, and turn on X Premium for longer posts |
| **Social Media Connections** | Connect or reconnect LinkedIn and X, add a company page, choose who you **Post as** |
| **Change plan or seats** | Switch between Solo, Teams and Agency, and change seats |

| **Export Your Data** | Download everything as spreadsheets. See [Your data](https://www.growwithghost.io/docs/account/data-and-privacy#export-your-data). |

Click **Save Profile Settings** after changing profile, notification, target or platform settings.
